provide a FOR SALE BY OWNER service. All properties listed on this
page are not represented by RAD REALTY. All information provided is by
the seller and RAD REALTY warrants no guarantee and holds no liability
for the sale unless Seller or Buyer wishes to create an agency. Buyers or
Sellers can use RAD REALTY if they decide to create an agency for a
separate fee. RAD REALTY will charge the buyer or seller and or both if
they choose to use RAD REALTY for a dual representation. All
transactions will be done with a title company and both parties will be
represented fairly and without prejudice and with full agency. All sales
will be done with all legal Real Estate forms and will be insured with E&O
insurance. Cost of transaction coordination will be on an individual basis
and will never exceed 1.5% for seller and 1.5% for buyer. A one time fee
of $99 per listing will be charged and property will stay on the site for 6
months unless seller requests early removal. After 6 months a renewal
fee of $45 will be assessed if seller wishes to keep listing on the site. All
fees are non refundable and are solely for the use of the Seller. Fees
collected are for the sole use of the site and fees paid, do not create any
agency relationship or employment of any kind. Seller & Buyer takes full
responsibility for his or her actions and will hold RAD REALTY non liable
for any legal disputes that arise from the transaction between the Seller
and Buyer. This only applies if there is no agency created with RAD
